Great customer service. Super knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I was having some trouble with my ink cartridges and thought that maybe I had bought the wrong ones. When I called and shared my issue, they confirmed that my order was indeed correct for my printer. They stayed on the phone while we tried to troubleshoot and find out what the problem might have been. They were very patient and in the end, I got my printer working! The ink came out crisp.
